全國教師教育網(wǎng)絡聯(lián)盟計劃即將實施
本報北京9月4日訊(記者時曉玲)記者今天從教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）部獲悉，由教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）部直接推動和組織實施的全國教師教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）網(wǎng)絡聯(lián)盟計劃，將于今年教師節(jié)前夕正式啟動。
據(jù)介紹，這是教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）部新教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）振興行動計劃先行啟動實施的一個重要項目。有關方面負責人稱，實施教師網(wǎng)聯(lián)計劃是當前我國教師教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）改革發(fā)展的一個重大步驟，對于教師隊伍建設、教師教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）和教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）改革發(fā)展的全局具有重要意義。
按照預定目標，教師網(wǎng)聯(lián)將構建以高水平大學為先導，師范院校和其他舉辦教師教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）的高等學校為辦學主體，區(qū)域教師學習與資源中心為服務支撐，社會力量積極參與，聯(lián)合協(xié)作，優(yōu)勢互補，職前職后教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）一體化，教師教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）系統(tǒng)、衛(wèi)星電視網(wǎng)與計算機互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相互融通、系統(tǒng)集成，學校教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）與現(xiàn)代遠程教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）等多種教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）形式相結合，學歷教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）和非學歷教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）相溝通，共建共享優(yōu)質教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）資源，覆蓋全國城鄉(xiāng)的教師教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）網(wǎng)絡體系。從而實現(xiàn)教師教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）的創(chuàng)新、集成和跨越式發(fā)展，為中小學教師素質的不斷提高和終身學習提供服務與支持。
有關方面負責人強調，教師網(wǎng)聯(lián)是在政府教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）行政部門的支持和推動下，由舉辦教師教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）的高等學校、為教師教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）提供支持與服務的相關機構法人組成的教師教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）協(xié)作組織。啟動并實施教師網(wǎng)聯(lián)計劃，是創(chuàng)新教師教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）和建立教師終身學習體系的一項宏偉事業(yè)。為了加強對教師網(wǎng)聯(lián)工作的指導，教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）部成立了由教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）部領導任組長，有關司局負責同志參加的全國教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）網(wǎng)絡聯(lián)盟工作領導協(xié)調小組。教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）部要求各省(區(qū)、市)教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）行政部門要將教師網(wǎng)聯(lián)計劃的實施作為全面提升教師教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）質量，大幅度提高教師隊伍素質的一項重要任務和措施抓緊、抓好。要將教師網(wǎng)聯(lián)計劃納入中小學教師繼續(xù)教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風網(wǎng)絡xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）的總體規(guī)劃，加強本省(區(qū)、市)教師培訓管
